In-Home Family Support
A person and their family (including extended family members) are offered services at their home and/or in the community in order for them to stay or return to their home. This includes educating the individual and family members on how to better care and support the individual at home.
Supported Living Services
an individual who needs daily staff assistance for challenging behaviors, medical needs, physical needs, and/or life skills. Children under the age of 18 who live apart from their birth or adoptive homes can get support services.
Independent Living Skills Training
Services that help people acquire, retain, and enhance their community-living abilities.
